What’s still in the way?
The questions owners ask before they get in touch. If yours isn’t here, ask it on the form.
Request a consultationWhat’s the one-page read, and why before we’ve met?
A one-page read of your business from what’s public: your website, your Google listing, your reviews. Three places it’s likely leaking, and what we’d do about each. No catch. It’s how we show you how we think, and it’s yours to keep whether or not we ever talk. Here is a sample.
How is this different from a fractional CFO, a coach or an agency?
A fractional CFO typically costs a few thousand dollars a month and tells you what the numbers mean. A coach gives you a plan to carry out. An agency fixes one channel. We look at the whole business, then build the fix ourselves, for a fixed price, and you keep what we build.
What does it cost?
You pay nothing until you’ve seen the plan and chosen an option. Every job is quoted in writing before it starts, and you see what the problem is costing you first, so you can judge the price against it. Ongoing work is month to month.
What if we’re not a fit?
We’ll tell you on the call, and point you to someone better suited if we know one. We’d rather say no than take on work we can’t do well.
Where do you work, and with what kind of business?
Any business where the owner wants it running better, anywhere in the US. We’re based in Utah and meet in person along the Wasatch Front; everything else works just as well from a distance.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can open a text message, you can use what we build. We set it up and show you around.
Is my information safe?
You get your own private link and login. Your information is never shown to anyone else and stays yours if you leave.
Do you replace my accountant or bookkeeper?
No. We work alongside them, and they usually like it: the books reach them cleaner. We don’t give tax or legal advice.
